About The Position

Support the IEEE Xplore Analytics team by analyzing website usage data, creating reports and visualizations, and identifying trends that inform business decisions. Assist with data automation projects as needed. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (PowerBI, Looker, Qlik Sense, Tableau) is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Requirements

• Rising Senior or a recent grad with a Bachelor’s degree in business, data, or related analytical fields.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office.
• BI/analytics tools and Adobe Analytics.
• Creating data‑driven PowerPoints.
• Google Sheets/Slides.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Tech‑savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with BI tools (PowerBI, Looker, Qlik Sense, Tableau)
• Knowledge of Siebel, Oracle, or Google tools is a plus.
