About The Position

As a 2027 Summer Intern at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Northlake, IL, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging, highly technical and dynamic Manufacturing and warehouse environment that produces some of KDP’s most recognized beverages. In this role you will have the opportunity to help provide insight on the future of how we move finished goods within our local footprint, ultimately improving our time to market. This role is aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business Management, Process Engineering, or another related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Ability to use advanced tools to formalize data and make suggestions on process improvement is a plus
  • Must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the current flow of materials and products across a multi-building distribution and warehouse network to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Gain exposure to project management activities, including project planning, vendor coordination, sourcing initiatives, and oversight of operational improvement projects.
  • Leverage data analytics to evaluate inventory placement and develop strategic recommendations for optimizing product storage within the existing facility footprint.
  • Partner with operations teams to understand daily workflows, identify process bottlenecks, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall operational flow.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing operational data to support informed decision-making and process optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to enhance material movement, storage utilization, and operational effectiveness.
  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment

  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

Benefits

  • $31.00/ hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $2,500 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
