About The Position
Resident Assistants work alongside Resident Directors to support Summer Institute students in student life on the dorms, after class time, and during off-campus excursions. Resident Assistants have the responsibility to provide a safe, positive, and Christ-centered student-life experience. This position involves work in multiple settings including on the dorm and during multiple excursions off of Covenant College's campus.
Requirements
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing
- In good standing with Student Development
- Minimum 2.75 G.P.A.
- Strong student development skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong character and integrity
Responsibilities
- Support a positive student-life experience
- Ensure a safe on/off campus experience
- Encourage a Christ-centered environment
- Communicate with Resident Directors
