Summer Hospitality Internship
About The Position
ExplorUS is offering career-minded individuals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality through paid internships during summer, spring, and fall semesters. This role provides exposure to both operational "floor" work and management within our diverse portfolio. We are seeking passionate college students interested in careers in Hospitality Management, Travel, and Tourism. Join our high-performing team of leaders and gain hands-on experience at select locations across the country. Current internship opportunities are available in the following states: South-Central Kentucky, Arizona, California, Utah, New York, and Florida. Please note that employee housing is not provided, so interns must arrange their own accommodations or commute to their selected location.
Requirements
- Ambitious and eager to learn new skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Able to commute/accommodate housing in order to work at the site location.
Nice To Haves
- Pursuing a career in Hospitality, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in departmental training programs as directed.
- Contribute to departmental success by gaining exposure in retail, food and beverage services, lodging, marina operations, and campground management.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
- Participate as an active team member to the collective success of the department.
