This is a temporary position for individuals at least eighteen (18) years of age, enrolled in school for the upcoming semester, in good health, and physically able to handle manual labor in a hot environment. Successful candidates must pass a physical exam and drug screen. Dependents of employees will be given first consideration. These employees will not be part of the labor agreement, will not receive benefits, and will not be provided overtime. Hiring is contingent on no full-time employees being on lay-off status. Employment may be terminated if a lay-off occurs during their employment. Summer employees will not be assigned to production work.
