About The Position

This is a temporary summer position for individuals who are at least eighteen years old, enrolled in school for the upcoming semester, and in good health. The role involves performing various manual labor tasks outdoors in potentially hot environments. Successful candidates must pass a physical exam and drug screen. Dependents of current employees will be given priority consideration. This position is not part of the labor agreement and does not include benefits or overtime. Employment may be terminated if full-time employees are on lay-off status or if a lay-off occurs during the summer employment period. Summer employees will not be assigned to production work.

Requirements

• Candidates will be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Enrolled in school for the upcoming semester
• In good health and physically able to handle manual labor in a hot environment.
• Those hired must withstand a physical exam and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Grass Cutting
• Weed Eating
• General Plant Clean Up
• Painting and Housecleaning work involved in painting
• Trash Removal and odd jobs
• Demonstrates acceptable retention level for the required training elements.
• Pass pre-employment medical screening.
• Authorized as a permit confined space attendant and/or entrant.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
