About The Position

The Summer Global Engagement Program Assistant will work closely with the Director, Global Engagement and Coordinator, Global Engagement to assist with activities and events for current students and new students. Program Assistants will help with summer initiatives, events, and activities, as well as planning and support for new international student orientation and the upcoming academic year.

Responsibilities

• Support office communications including design and posting on social media and other communications outreach.
• Help the office prepare for and execute events and activities including creating handouts, presentations, and logistical support.
• Respond to verbal and written inquiries, communicate with current and prospective students.
• Assist staff with applications and supporting materials for the Chatham field experience programs, Chatham Semester, Chatham International Internship.
• Update materials for upcoming terms.
