About The Position
Summer Financial Analysts in Houlihan Lokey’s Power, Utilities & Renewables Group work on a variety of transactions, including sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, capital markets transactions, and creditor- and debtor-side restructurings. The role provides exposure to a range of financial advisory and investment banking products. In the firm’s aggressive and entrepreneurial environment, Summer Financial Analysts take on substantial responsibility.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, with a graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
- Coursework in accounting and finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- A fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
- Strong analytical abilities and computer skills, including Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
