Our Summer Internship Program offers students in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, and Paper Engineering the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn the inner workings of a high-performing mill operation.

Requirements

• Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Paper Engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and learn hands-on from experienced professionals.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and operations teams with process improvements, troubleshooting, and equipment optimization projects.
• Support data collection, analysis, and problem-solving initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that connect engineering principles with real production outcomes.
• Gain exposure to state-of-the-art manufacturing systems and sustainability initiatives within the paper industry.
• Present a summary of your project work and key learnings to the leadership team at the end of the internship.
