Camp staff support an environment where campers build confidence, develop positive values and healthy relationships, take on challenges, and make lasting memories. Staff work outdoors, collaborate as a team, adapt to varied responsibilities, and commit to working the entire summer. Staff must meet the age or education threshold for their living arrangement, have or obtain First Aid/CPR certification, interact effectively with people of all ages, understand youth development needs, demonstrate skill in their designated program areas (training is available), and conduct activities with cultural competency.
