About The Position

Spend your summer telling the story of Timber-lee one frame at a time. As a Photographer, you'll capture daily camp life, shoot weekly cabin photos, and build the visual record that campers and families keep long after the summer ends. If you're looking for something that actually matters, not just a paycheck, this is it.

Requirements

A professing Christian with a personal faith
Demonstrated ability with still photography using a DSLR camera
Comfortable with Mac photo software, specifically Adobe Lightroom
Strong organizational skills for managing, sorting, and uploading high volumes of images
Able to work on a daily turnaround and deliver consistently
Interest in working with youth
Willingness to be fully engaged in a live-in summer camp environment
Physically able to take part in camp activities to capture photos, including at the waterfront, ranch, and challenge course
Able to carry camera gear for extended periods
Able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions
Must be 16 years of age or older
Employment is contingent on background and reference checks

Responsibilities

Photograph daily camp life, programs, and activities
Take and print weekly camper cabin photos
Ensure balanced coverage of all cabins and departments
Edit, organize, and upload daily photo albums for web, social media, and marketing
Coordinate with program leaders to schedule photo opportunities
Collaborate with the media team on content planning
Assist with camper arrival and departure on weekends
Participate in camp activities planned by the Recreation and Ministry Departments, primarily after dinner hours
