About The Position

Clark’s Summer Associate Program provides hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and Clark’s business. The program also includes training and development, social events, jobsite tours, and formal training sessions led by Clark experts. Program cornerstones include a team-based Capstone Project focused on innovative solutions to real-time business opportunities, with findings presented to company leadership, and the Passport Experience, a curated series of experiences that introduces participants to Clark’s business and builds industry knowledge and company connections.
