Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date no later than December 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.4 preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• High EQ, with a strong interest in working with and understanding people.
• Deep intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive primary and secondary research on industries, companies, and key individuals, utilizing tools like LinkedIn, Bloomberg, and industry-specific resources to understand market trends and emerging developments.
• Actively mapping key individuals, companies, and sectors within our target markets, developing comprehensive market intelligence.
• Producing detailed client reports focused on human capital, alongside customized project analyses.
• Contributing to search execution and supporting business development initiatives as needed.
