2027 Summer Analyst, Related Ross Foundation
About The Position
This Foundation Summer Analyst will support the interdisciplinary work spanning the Related Ross Foundation. This role is ideal for students passionate about community development, economic mobility, real estate, and social impact. The Foundation Summer Analyst will support grantmaking research, nonprofit due diligence, and documentation of community partnerships. They will also assist with program design related to education and health and wellness initiatives, contribute to tracking and evaluation of philanthropic investments, and participate in resident-centered engagement and support planning for Foundation events (e.g., job fairs, workforce programs, education partnerships). Additionally, the analyst will assist with reviewing grant applications, preparing reports, and supporting cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027-May 2029
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (urban studies, real estate, public policy, economics, nonprofit management, business, or similar).
- Demonstrate strong communication, writing, and research skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in real estate development, community investment, or social impact
- Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
- Related Ross is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
