Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
Minimum 3.2 GPA recommended
Possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

Nice To Haves

Strong written and oral communication
Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and/or the use of Coding Agents
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Originate, underwrite, and manage a diversified portfolio of fund investments to maximize risk-adjusted return on required capital.
Provide comprehensive hedging solutions and efficient trade execution.
Implement and manage multiple hedge programs for the CIO.
Facilitate cross currency investment activity on behalf of the general account.
Develop asset-liability management-oriented portfolio strategies that include target levels of interest rate exposure and asset allocation among various public and private fixed income sectors and alternative assets.
Select, direct, and oversee asset managers with scale and demonstrated expertise in the management of specific asset classes.
