About The Position

PGIM's Private Credit business provides long-term, patient capital to middle-market companies engaged in buyout transactions, refinancings, recapitalizations, growth investments and more. We serve as a resource to clients over the course of the partnership. This capital is provided through either private placements, senior secured loans, and mezzanine financings. Our private credit business specifically manages over $100 billion across 15 offices globally. The Summer Analyst Program hosts interns across various teams including: Corporate Finance, Real Assets, Alternatives, Workouts/ Restructuring, and Loan Sourcing/Syndication.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program or 5th year master’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • All majors welcome but prefer candidates with demonstrated experience/interest in financial markets
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
