The 2027 Summer Analyst Program in Information Technology offers rising seniors and first-year graduate students hands-on experience in a fast-paced banking environment. This 10-week program provides on-the-job learning, meaningful projects, and team assignments to build skills and technical expertise. Summer Analysts will have networking opportunities with colleagues and senior leaders across the firm, participating in various summer program activities for professional development and business exposure. A guided mentorship program with an assigned mentor is also provided. The program is hosted in Tempe, AZ, with opportunities within the Chief Data & AI Office (CDAO) and Enterprise Information Security (EIS). CDAO focuses on enterprise strategy for data and AI, data governance, quality, analytics platforms, and responsible AI adoption. EIS protects the firm's information assets from cyber threats, managing the bank's cybersecurity program and identity and access management. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.
