About The Position

PleasureLand RV Center is a family-owned RV dealership and the largest RV dealer in the Upper Midwest. Since 1971, we’ve helped thousands of people hit the road and make unforgettable memories in their RVs—and our team plays a big role in making that happen. We are currently hiring a Full-Time Seasonal Rental Assistant to help ensure our rental customers have a smooth, enjoyable experience from booking to departure. This is a great seasonal position for someone who enjoys variety, meeting new people, and being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with rental bookings, and walk them through their RV so they feel confident and ready for the road.
• Schedule rental departures and returns, enter rental contracts, and coordinate minor maintenance needs.
• Answer calls, help troubleshoot basic questions, and assist customers if they experience issues during their trip.
• Work closely with the Rental Manager and team members to ensure every customer has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
