About The Position

To support all locations of the rental department by transporting equipment between locations, filling in when needed at rental locations and facilitating rental deliveries. This role assists wherever needed within the rental department.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Suite proficiency
Basic knowledge of the bike/ski/snowboard industry and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
Ability to interact with the public to provide superior guest experience.
Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
Clean driving record that meets the standards to be insured to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Transport rental bikes between locations.
Work as a rental technician in one of the three rental locations when needed.
Provide consistent exceptional customer service.
Facilitate rental bike deliveries.
Contact guests to coordinate times and locations for deliveries.
Travel to guests that are having mechanical issues while using rental bikes to resolve issues.
Properly utilize the Snow Cloud rental system to ensure all equipment is correctly checked out and checked in when returned.
Be attentive to communications from rental location managers.
End of day accounting reconciliation.
Manage online orders.
Assist with administrative tasks such as responding to emails, voicemails, etc.
Occasional inventory management requiring data entry.
