About The Position

The AMERS Strategy & Change Management team within Salesforce Professional Services is a small, high-impact team that supports strategic planning, large-scale change adoption, and an environment where consultants can do their best work. The intern will help translate leadership priorities into actionable plans and support initiatives across regional strategy and operations. Projects and learning opportunities include strategic planning and execution; researching and supporting change strategies; project management across cross-functional teams; content creation and communications; data analysis and reporting; and process documentation and knowledge management. The role offers exposure to leadership priorities and opportunities to contribute documentation, analyses, communications, and resources for AMERS Professional Services.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, with Spring 2027 graduation.
Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and the ways agentic workflows are transforming modern business functions.
Takes initiative, experiments with new approaches, adapts quickly in fast-paced environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and iterates based on feedback.
Solid business and data analysis skills, sharp attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Genuine curiosity about professional services, enterprise technology, and how large consulting organizations operate.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack.
Clear, confident communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams and across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate leadership vision and strategic priorities into clear, executable plans and documentation.
Research best practices, build process documentation, and track adoption to support regional change strategies.
Manage timelines, organize deliverables, and maintain communication across regional teams and strategy functions.
Support podcast research, draft executive communications, and develop narratives about AI transformation and delivery outcomes.
Support modeling exercises, build basic visualizations, and prepare presentation-ready materials for leadership review.
Create, update, and maintain process documentation, training materials, and self-service resources for AMERS Professional Services.
