About The Position

Salesforce Professional Services is a consulting organization that delivers outcomes on the Salesforce platform and supports customers through AI-powered business transformation. The AMERS Strategy & Change Management team drives strategic planning, change adoption, and initiatives that help consultants do their best work. The intern will support the team across strategic planning and execution, change management, project management, communications, data analysis, and process documentation. This is a Summer 2027 internship intended for an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, with an expected Spring 2027 graduation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, with Spring 2027 graduation.
• Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and how agentic workflows are transforming modern business functions.
• Takes initiative, experiments with new approaches, adapts quickly in fast-paced environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and iterates based on feedback.
• Solid business and data analysis skills, sharp attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Genuine curiosity about professional services, enterprise technology, and the operations of large consulting organizations.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive) and Slack.
• Clear, confident communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams and across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership vision into clear, executable plans and document strategic priorities.
• Research change-management best practices, build process documentation, and track adoption of regional initiatives.
• Manage timelines, organize deliverables, and maintain communications across regional teams and strategy functions.
• Support podcast research, draft executive communications, and develop narratives about AI transformation and delivery outcomes.
• Support modeling exercises, build basic data visualizations, and prepare presentation-ready materials for leadership review.
• Create, update, and maintain process documentation, training materials, and self-service resources for AMERS Professional Services.
