About The Position

State Farm is committed to being good neighbors and making the world a better place. The company is evolving to become a Next Gen Good Neighbor, utilizing technology to enhance human connections and customer experiences. Employees will focus on applying judgment, empathy, and expertise rather than spending excessive time on systems. The Agency Channel Performance Strategy team focuses on transforming approaches by setting clear priorities and identifying shared outcomes with business partners. They operate under a comprehensive framework for creating Agent Channel strategies and setting unified priorities, with Relationship Managers serving as single points of contact. Dedicated data and measurement teams support data-driven decision-making, and Program Management is integrated across Channel Performance teams, sometimes aligning with Agency Learning to support the Agent Channel Strategy. As a Strategic Alignment & Insights Intern, you will contribute to improving team collaboration, priority alignment, and organizational partnerships. You will apply analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills to real business challenges, gaining exposure to various teams within Strategic Alignment & Insights and Agency Channel Performance. Your responsibilities may include understanding program collaboration, gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative information, and identifying trends, friction points, duplication, and improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, learn how strategic priorities translate into action, and help develop clear, actionable recommendations.
