About The Position

Ryan Field is seeking a passionate, hospitality-driven Ryan Field Suites Supervisor to oversee luxury service within our premium suites and VIP hospitality areas. This role plays a critical leadership role in creating memorable guest experiences by leading team members, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining seamless operations during events. At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience.and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional hospitality and service standards throughout premium suites and VIP spaces.
Serve as a visible leader and point of contact for guests.
Foster a culture of hospitality and service excellence.
Anticipate guest needs and enhance the premium experience.
Supervise and support premium hospitality staff during events.
Conduct pre-event briefings.
Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition.
Oversee event-day operations.
Coordinate with catering, operations, security, and facilities teams.
Monitor staffing levels and deploy staff effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
Ensure compliance with venue policies and alcohol service regulations.
Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
