About The Position

As a Suites Manager, you will lead premium hospitality operations, ensuring that every suite guest enjoys exceptional service and unforgettable moments. You will oversee suite setup, staffing, and execution, while partnering with culinary and service teams to deliver flawless events. This role is a full-time salary position with the leading food and beverage provider for the Washington Commanders (NFL) at Northwest Stadium in Hyattsville, MD.

Requirements

Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required
Comprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings
Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products

Nice To Haves

Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
ServSafe Certified preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee suite operations before, during, and after events
Manage, schedule, and train suite staff to ensure premium service standards
Collaborate with culinary teams to confirm suite menus, presentations, and special requests
Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and health/safety standards
Monitor suite performance metrics and guest feedback for continuous improvement
Partner with venue leadership to implement revenue-generating strategies
Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
