Suites Attendant Lead
About The Position
Levy is seeking a Suites Attendant Lead to join their team at the University of New Mexico (UNM). This role involves taking and delivering food and drink orders, creating an enjoyable dining experience, and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. The Suites Attendant Lead will also serve as the point person for work-related requests to management, train and acclimate new associates to company and client cultures, demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, and promptly address and correct any complaints or issues. Additionally, this role assists in employee selection and orientation and oversees staff training in their areas of responsibility. Levy is the official hospitality partner of UNM Athletics, managing food and beverage programs across UNM Athletics facilities, including concessions, suites, group sales, and non-game-day functions.

- Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
- Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
- Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
