About The Position

Fairmont is seeking a dedicated Concierge to provide exceptional service for Suite Life, VIP, and long stay guests. This position requires excellent communication across departments, offering personalized assistance with reservations, travel arrangements, dining, and special requests. Ensure an unforgettable experience for all guests, from pre-arrival to departure, and be a key part of our commitment to outstanding guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Concierge or guest services experience is required
• Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills
• Good computer literacy (experience using Property Manager System preferred, and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel)
• Highly responsible and reliable, demonstrating initiative as required
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated Concierge for all inquiries of Suite Life guests, VIP guest & Long stay guests
• Ensure inter-departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfaction
• Providing accurate information about activities and dining in the hotel and area
• Offering assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for travel, dining, special requests, and activities
• Serve as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotel
• Managing pre-arrival, during the stay, and upon departure close communication
