The VIP Administrator will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while assisting the business-to-business VIP team, handling orders for small to mid-sized ($700M) companies. The VIP Administrator will strive to obtain complete and accurate information so orders can be submitted with little to no errors. The role requires a high degree of professionalism and will call clients to obtain critical information needed to process order requests, answer incoming business phone lines dedicated to our VIP customers, create invoices, and enter phone orders. Other responsibilities will include responding to customer emails, following up with customers, and providing any additional service needs.
