About The Position

As our Sweepstakes VIP Host team continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and player-focused VIP Host to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced host or relationship manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment that blends digital engagement with real-world player interaction. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to maintain strong player relationships, driving high levels of engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in player development, VIP hosting, customer success, or high-touch customer service (gaming, hospitality, or digital platforms preferred)
  • Desire to measurably influence the success of a growing company
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport in a digital environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams across multiple functions
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and acting on performance metrics
  • Ability to work well with off-site cross-functional teams
  • Adept at problem-solving and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs/timelines to make decisions and meet quality standards
  • Team player and self-starter with a high level of initiative
  • Passion and technical understanding of social and mobile games
  • Ability to travel to events 25% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sweepstakes gaming, social casino, iGaming, or mobile-first platforms
  • Familiarity with VIP segmentation, bonus strategy, and promotional mechanics

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with VIP players through personalized, consistent communication (email, in-app, and outbound outreach).
  • Build relationships with current players in ways that enhance customer loyalty and develop frequency of game activity and monetization
  • Increase player retention, engagement, and lifetime value through proactive outreach and service.
  • Identify opportunities to re-engage lapsed or declining players
  • Act as the voice of the player by sharing insights, feedback, and trends with internal teams.
  • Communicate on the brand in a supportive and engaging manner
  • Support virtual and in-person VIP events, creating memorable experiences that deepen player loyalty and brand affinity.
  • Educate the player base on sweepstakes compliance
  • Actively monitor Responsible Social Gaming and Anti-Money Laundering concerns to escalate these across the internal teams for review.
