This role involves delivering exceptional guest service in suites and club areas, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. The attendant will set up, maintain, and replenish food, beverage, and service stations throughout events, greet guests professionally, and respond promptly to requests and inquiries. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of suites, clubs, and service areas before, during, and after events is crucial. The role also includes serving food and beverages in accordance with company standards and food safety guidelines, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating restocking needs to supervisors. Adherence to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies is required, along with collaboration with team members for efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Assistance with event setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license may be required
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
• Able to lift 25 pounds
