About The Position

As a Suite attendant you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders efficiently along with setting up, breaking down and cleaning during and after events. Requirements

• Must be able to work events at the Spectrum Center.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in food and beverage service.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for suite functions to their scheduled locations.
• Maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Arranges tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Familiarity with entering F&B sales in Point of Sale system.
• Thoroughly cleans location after event is completed.
• Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to designated areas.
• Stocks, cleans and maintains suite space.
• Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
