About The Position

As a Suites Club attendant you will be responsible for attending to guests needs within suites along with setting up, breaking down and cleaning during and after events.

Requirements

Must be able to maintain food temperatures.
Must be able to arrange tables and decorations.
Must be able to arrange tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
Must be able to serve food and beverages to guests.
Must be able to thoroughly clean location after event is completed.
Must be able to return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to designated areas.
Must be able to stock, clean and maintain suite space.
Must ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
Must maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
Must maintain clean and safe work environment.
Must follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.

Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for suite functions to their scheduled locations.
Maintains food temperatures.
Arranges tables and decorations.
Arranges tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
Serves food and beverages to guests.
Thoroughly cleans location after event is completed.
Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to designated areas
Stocks, cleans and maintains suite space.
Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
Maintains clean and safe work environment.
Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
