Texoma Community Center (TCC) is one of 39 Texas Community Centers, which are governmental entities as defined by Title 7 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. This position provides supportive services throughout the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs at Texoma Community Center (TCC). It operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards. The role supports program staff with ad hoc administrative reporting and creative tasks. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, and directing individuals to the correct services or provider. The position also involves reviewing and responding to emails and calls, maintaining confidentiality and cybersecurity requirements, and maintaining annual reporting logs required by Contractors. Additionally, the role monitors and secures program supplies, serves on committees as applicable, and acts as a representative for the facility in accordance with TCC's philosophy, goals, and objectives. Assistance is provided to consumers in linking to appropriate internal and external services and navigating systems essential to recovery and growth. Operating motor vehicles for transporting passengers, cargo, and mail, along with performing vehicle maintenance, is also part of the duties. This position may require availability for working evening hours and limited hours on some Saturdays based on program schedule. The role operates under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
