About The Position
We're seeking an SUD Program Manager to run day-to-day operations of the Substance Use Disorder and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program at a 50-year-old non-profit community health center. This is a genuine program-building seat where you will design workflows, policies, and initiatives across clinics. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, including SUD nurse case managers, counselors, and medical assistants, and own grants end-to-end, including applications, budgets, and reporting. The role focuses on mission-driven, trauma-informed care for underserved communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years in a healthcare or education-related program/department.
- Behavioral health and/or SUD experience.
- Supervisory or program-management experience.
- Familiarity with grant-funded programs.
Nice To Haves
- RN license a plus.
Responsibilities
