About The Position
Teachers Now is hiring dependable and adaptable Substitute Teachers to support schools throughout the San Antonio area. As a Substitute Teacher, you will step into the classroom when the regular teacher is absent, follow provided lesson plans, and help maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree, or 60+ completed college credit hours
- Reliable, professional, adaptable, and comfortable working with students
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with children or in education is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Follow lesson plans and classroom instructions
- Lead students through assigned activities
- Maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment
- Take attendance and supervise students
- Follow school policies and procedures
- Communicate classroom concerns with school staff
