About The Position
Davenport Community School District is currently hiring substitute teachers for the 2026-27 school year. To substitute teach in the State of Iowa you must hold a current Iowa Teaching License, Iowa Substitute Teaching License, or Iowa Substitute Authorization License. For more information on obtaining licensure in Iowa, please visit the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners website at: http://www.boee.iowa.gov/ Must be willing to support and implement Davenport's multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) for both behavior and academics.
