About The Position

Requirements

Completed a Bachelor's Degree
At least 6 months working with students in any setting (classroom, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
Confident managing a classroom of students
Willing to step in where needed
Pass state & federal background checks
Able to commute to North Philly, as many of our partner schools are located here
Believe every child has a unique & powerful gift to share with the world

Responsibilities

Substitute teach in classrooms
Lunch/recess supervision
Hallway monitoring
Tutoring
Proctoring during testing season
