About The Position

This is a full-time Substitute Teacher position for Spanish at Mill Creek Middle School for the 2026/2027 school year. The position is expected to begin on September 8, 2026, with an unknown end date. The compensation is $180 per day.

Requirements

• Minimum of 60 semester hours from an accredited college or university.
• Eligibility to obtain a Daily Substitute Permit from the Michigan Department of Education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
• Excellent organization and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening skills).
• Experience teaching elementary school students.
• Successful classroom management strategies and skills.

Nice To Haves

• State of Michigan Teaching Certificate with FF endorsement.
