About The Position
Mill Creek Middle School is seeking a full-time Substitute Science Teacher. This position is needed as soon as possible, with an unknown end date. The daily compensation is $180.
Requirements
- Minimum of 60 semester hours from an accredited college or university.
- Eligibility to obtain a Daily Substitute Permit from the Michigan Department of Education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening skills).
- Successful classroom management strategies and skills.
Nice To Haves
- State of Michigan Teaching Certificate with Science endorsement (DX or DI).
Responsibilities
- Teach science to students.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
- Abide by all district policies and procedures.
