About The Position
Beanstalk is seeking Substitute Instructional Assistants for their Early Care and Education Program. This role involves providing support as needed across multiple locations. The position offers varying hours based on demand and provides competitive hourly pay rates for both Instructional Assistant II ($22.17/hr) and Instructional Assistant I ($20.52/hr).
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- Preference given for experience working with children
- Fingerprint and criminal clearance required
- Pre-employment physical, TB clearance, current measles and pertussis vaccines required
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Must have a valid CA. Driver License
- Must have a Registered and Insured Vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Nice To Haves
- Completion of 3 ECE/CD units with a grade of “C” or higher
- 6 or more Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or related field college semester units (for Instructional Assistant II)
