About The Position
The Instructional Assistant (IA) will provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to students in their homes. This role supports cyber charter school instruction, helping students stay engaged with learning and achieve their academic and IEP-related goals. The position is for the 2026-2027 School Year, with an opportunity to complete onboarding early to secure placement. The role requires in-home travel to student homes in York, PA.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher required.
- Experience working with children, special education, or behavioral support required.
- Reliable transportation required for in-home travel.
- FBI Fingerprints clearance required.
- PA Criminal Background Check clearance required.
- Child Abuse Clearance required.
- Mandated Reporter Training required.
- TB test results required.
