Masters Academy International (MAI) is New England’s only school that intentionally integrates pro-level coaching and top-tier academics to prepare future leaders, excelling in sport, scholarship, and life. At MAI, athletics are not an extracurricular add-on; they are a core pillar of student identity and future opportunity. Our student athletes pursue ambitious goals and train with purpose. The athletic program at MAI is designed to develop exceptional competitors while also cultivating the character, habits, and mindset required for long-term success. We believe in doing things the right way: with excellence, integrity, and care for the whole student. As a Substitute Educator, you will ensure seamless continuity of learning and student care across grades 6–12 by stepping into classroom environments on a short-term or extended basis. You will execute established lesson plans, facilitate small-group and individual learning, and maintain an engaging, supportive environment that aligns with MAI's academic and athletic rigor. Additionally, this position integrates potential coverage opportunities as a Residential House Parent. In this dual capacity, you may step in to provide supervision, guidance, and a supportive living environment for student-athletes within our residential facilities during evening, weekend, or overnight shifts. Whether in the classroom or the residence hall, you will serve as a reliable, compassionate presence dedicated to the holistic safety, well-being, and personal growth of our students.
