About The Position

HOKALI simplifies how schools book, organize, and manage after-school programs and camps. Its platform connects schools with onsite programs that supplement learning and enrich students’ extracurricular experiences. The company is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated After School Enrichment Educators, including substitute instructors with dance teaching experience, to supervise and engage students during after-school enrichment programming. The role is intended for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and want to create safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences.

The schedule is Wednesdays from 3:00 to 4:50 pm. The stated start date is November 2026, and the end date is December 9, 2027. Pay is $50 per hour. The position involves working with students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade, leading recreational and enrichment activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive program environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the ability and willingness to complete three hours of online training.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dance teaching experience is sought for substitute instructors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities.
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork.
• Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
• Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe.
