About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to join their team. Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Must be a licensed or certified counselor in Kentucky (LCADA, LCADC- A, CADC or TCADC) or in the process of obtaining a TCADC.
Must have a valid driver's license.
No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program.

Nice To Haves

Experience treating opioid-addicted patients is a plus.
Candidate must be willing to start early in the morning, as work hours start at 5:00 AM.

Responsibilities

Provide counseling services to patients with opioid use disorder.
Manage a caseload of 40-55 patients, adhering to state regulations.
Work early morning hours, with work starting at 5:00 AM.
Participate in training and supervision if in the process of becoming fully certified or licensed.
Contribute to saving lives daily through patient care.
