Requirements

• LCAS(A) or CADC (Required)
• Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) status per NC regulations
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license + ability to travel locally
• Ability to obtain additional licensure within 90 days (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Deliver community-based SUD treatment in homes and local settings
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
• Complete LOCAs, pre-authorizations, and clinical documentation
• Develop treatment plans, NCTOPPs, and discharge/aftercare plans
• Collaborate with families, referral sources, and ACTT team members
• Provide crisis support and participate in on-call rotation
• Attend team meetings and ongoing trainings
