This is not a desk job—you’ll meet clients where they are and help drive real recovery outcomes.

Requirements

• LCAS(A) or CADC (Required)
• Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) status in NC
• Valid NC driver’s license + ability to travel locally
• Ability to obtain additional credentials within 90 days (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Deliver community-based SUD treatment in homes and local settings
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
• Complete LOCAs, pre-auths, and clinical documentation
• Develop treatment plans, NCTOPPs, and discharge plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary ACTT team members
• Provide crisis support and on-call coverage (rotation-based)
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing trainings
