The Subsidy & Automation Specialist will oversee the childcare subsidy program for Healthy Kids sites, including registering new sites, renewing registrations, completing requests from state subsidy agencies, and billing agencies while reconciling payments. This role requires cultivating strong relationships with families through clear, responsive communication, collaborating with caseworkers, and utilizing state subsidy systems like CCTA and Kinder Connect. Additionally, the specialist will identify and automate repetitive tasks, build automated communications, assist with workflow automation tools and AI-enabled administrative processes, monitor automation performance, and create standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and training materials. The goal is to reduce manual administrative work while maintaining a high-touch, family-centered experience.
