About The Position

This part-time role focuses on overseeing the childcare subsidy program for Healthy Kids sites, including registration, renewal, billing, and payment reconciliation. It also involves identifying and implementing automation and process improvements to streamline administrative tasks while maintaining a high-touch, family-centered experience. The goal is to ensure families receive fast, friendly, and accurate enrollment support, leading to more successful completions of the registration and subsidy processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the childcare subsidy program for Healthy Kids sites.
  • Register new sites to accept subsidies.
  • Renew and maintain existing registrations.
  • Complete requests from state subsidy agencies.
  • Bill agencies and reconcile payments from parents and agencies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with families through clear, responsive communication.
  • Collaborate with caseworkers to ensure seamless processes.
  • Utilize state subsidy systems like CCTA and Kinder Connect with proficiency.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation for each child receiving assistance.
  • Identify repetitive, time-consuming, or inefficient tasks that could be simplified or automated.
  • Build and maintain automated communications, reminders, and follow-up sequences using approved systems and platforms.
  • Assist with implementation and testing of workflow automation tools and AI-enabled administrative processes.
  • Monitor automation performance and recommend improvements.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and training materials for registration and enrollment workflows.
  • Help reduce manual administrative work while maintaining a high-touch, family-centered experience.
