About The Position

This role involves analyzing liability issues within claims to determine if there is evidence to pursue recovery from a third party. The specialist will review claim files to identify subrogation potential, take appropriate steps for the development, pursuit, and recovery of claims, and evaluate facts, evidence, liability, and damages prior to negotiations with other insurance companies to maximize subrogation recovery and reach settlement agreements.
