About The Position
The Subrogation Attorney is an entry to mid-level position which requires independent handling of insurance subrogation matters, with minimal supervision and a proven positive collection of subrogation funds and a trial background. This job can be held in either of our offices located in Woburn or Raynham.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant subrogation experience.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
- Experience in conducting scene investigations and consultations with Cause and Origin Experts.
- Proven assessment capabilities and strong negotiation skills.
- Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Trial history to completion.
Nice To Haves
- New Hampshire Bar admission is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Review and assessment of insurance subrogation referrals for collection purposes.
- Conduct and manage scene investigations.
- Knowledgeable consultation with experts.
- Prepare necessary pleadings in a timely and organized manner.
- Negotiate positive settlements and conduct trials in the Courts throughout the Commonwealth.
