About The Position

Dexis Professional Services is seeking a subject matter expert focused on ISO and quality management to support the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate (CA/PPT). The position is contingent upon contract award. The role applies ISO expertise to quality management, service delivery, and continuous improvement, while supporting documentation and international standards activities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of specific relevant experience.
• A master’s degree in a related field, or 16 years of relevant experience.
• An ISO credential and Lean Six Sigma certification.
• An active SECRET personnel security clearance issued by DCSA before contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation and international standards activities.
• Apply ISO expertise to quality management, service delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and solve problems affecting quality, efficiency, mission support, and compliance.
• Develop or review complex technical documentation and support Lean Six Sigma methods.
